Release version 4.40

Fixes:
 - if option "noLesson" was not given by DaVinci, Event parsing failed.
   Its now automatically assumed, that there is lesson.
 - in case the changetype is 6 for davinci, we assume, that there is no
   proper standin yet defined and its ignored.
