Removed old not supported file types. Moved parser to separate modules and... 

Removed old not supported file types. Moved parser to separate modules and implemented five different types: 1 Normal Standin, 2 Cancelled classes, 3 Additional information manually populated through CSV, 4 Yard Duty, 5 Teacher out of school.
