- replace single quotes in code with double quotes for consistency
- move get_summary to alphabetical position
- add stat_name param to get_summary
- split get_summary and list_participant tests into targeted cases
- speed up tests by grouping / inheriting repetitive actions
- add method_name as lastname of a test tokens to help with debug
- add activate / initialise survey steps to readme

Refactor that a list_participants will include (not exclusivly consists of)
recently added participants.

Determine an invalid survey ID based on the IDs of existing surveys.

To avoid committing local ini files with credentials, instead of modifying
the config.ini file, all *.ini files are git ignored. However, we provide
 a template with .tmpl ending for the config.ini file.
